Two Months Into My Healing Journey
Today marks two months since my diagnosis, and what a journey it has been.
From the very start, I’ve been intentional about my choices—leaning into natural healing methods, tightening my diet, and making exercise a consistent part of my routine. Despite being urged to start treatment immediately, even before my PET scan results, I’ve chosen a different path. And so far, I’m feeling stronger every day.
My Daytime Regimen
Healing is about more than just one thing; it’s a holistic journey. Here’s what my daily routine looks like:
- Tinctures: Supporting my liver and detoxing from heavy metals.
- Teas and Oxygenated Water: For hydration and added healing benefits.
- Countless Videos and Podcasts: Learning all I can about healing cancer naturally.
Each small habit, choice, and step forward is part of this larger process of restoring my body and mind.
A Milestone in Alternative Treatments
Last week, I had my very first #ozonetreatment, and it was such a hopeful experience! I’m already looking forward to my next session this Thursday.
Ozone therapy, combined with everything else I’ve been doing, feels like another powerful tool in this fight.
The Power of Prayers and Good Vibes
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that healing isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual and emotional too.
Your prayers and positive vibes have meant the world to me. They’re working, and I feel them lifting me up every single day. Please know how much I appreciate every single one of you who has taken the time to send love, encouragement, and hope my way.
Moving Forward
This is a journey of trust—trusting my body, trusting my choices, and trusting the power of faith and perseverance. I’m feeling stronger, more focused, and more determined than ever to keep moving forward.
Thank you for being part of my healing story. Together, we’re proving that love, faith, and intentional living can make all the difference.
