All you need:
Mangos (fresh or frozen) bc yum, and it’s so good for your skin, hair, eyes, immune system, and more!
Peaches (fresh or frozen) bc natural de-bloater!!!
Honey (locally grown, to taste) (helps with seasonal allergies, natural sweetness and…)
Spinach (bc yum) (great source of vitamins k, a, c, b and MUCH MORE)
Matcha bc WOW, this stuff is awesome! Great sustainable energy, no jitters! Great source of antioxidants and more!
Greens Supplement (I use Dr. Fitt)
Add the ingredients to your blender in order as listed above for the best results.
*Expect a refreshing taste more than sweet but again, you can sweeten to your liking.
Feel free to add a banana or berries or peanut butter. The point is to get some good nutrients and something other than coffee or black tea and sodas for energy.
