Today was one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling days I’ve had since joining #TeamMedley!
Day 2 of what I know will be thousands to come in this amazing partnership between @medleycompany, @urbanleagueok, and @justiceforjulius.
Proud to Serve My Community
I couldn’t be more proud to work for a company that not only supports but actively encourages community outreach.
Today, I had the privilege of serving alongside some of the most beautiful, loving people from our Greater Oklahoma City communities. The energy, purpose, and connection we shared made this day truly unforgettable.
Building on a Legacy
Both the Urban League and Medley Equipment Company have been pillars of Oklahoma City since the early-to-mid 1900s. Together, we’re continuing that legacy with the launch of an exciting new initiative:
The Experience Forklift Operator Training Program!
This program is more than just training—it’s about providing a “hand up” to those in need, creating pathways to opportunity and success.
What’s Next?
We can’t wait to announce the partnering customers who will receive exclusive recruiting invitations to this private event.
Most importantly, this partnership is about creating meaningful change. Through this program, we’ll connect justice-impacted individuals with friendly employers across Oklahoma—and potentially even globally—thanks to Medley’s incredible support from Hyster and Yale groups.
A Day to Remember
The impact of today’s efforts reminds me why I’m so passionate about what I do. It’s about more than work—it’s about changing lives, building community, and fostering hope.
