Day 2 of Fasting: Feeling Amazing and Falling in Love with Self-Care 🌟💧
Day 2 down! I’m not sure how many days I’ll go this time—fasting, that is. It’s just water and vitamins for now, and honestly, it’s been a breeze compared to previous attempts.
A Few Adjustments for Success
This time around, I’ve started taking my vitamins at bedtime, and wow, what a difference!
- No more nausea from taking pills on an empty stomach.
- That’s been the hardest part in the past, and now? It feels like a piece of cake (but, you know, without the cake 😉).
I’ve had a few mild, intermittent headaches, but nothing a little extra oxygenated water couldn’t fix. A few sips, and I’m right back to feeling great!
Setting My Sights on 5 Days 🖐️
I’m considering aiming for a 5-day fast, but I’ll see how things go. Tomorrow, I have an appointment with Dr. Lydia at @vibrantlifedirectcare, and I’ll decide from there.
She’s been incredible—monitoring my weight and blood work while coaching me on staying in ketosis (not just keto-friendly).
In addition, Dr. Greg is administering ozone therapy once a week. I’ve completed 3 of the recommended 30 treatments, and let me tell you:
- My energy is through the roof.
- My pain is gone.
- My fever is gone.
- My eyesight has improved so much I no longer need my glasses!
These doctors are truly life-changing. I honestly believe they’ll be a big part of why I successfully heal cancer without chemotherapy.
Falling in Love with Taking Care of Myself 💕
This journey has taught me so much about the power of self-care. I’m continuing to:
- Commit to no sugar, no processed food, no dairy.
- Drink my brother’s filtered well water, infused with oxygen and love in every ounce.
- Stay active—last night, I even participated in two exercise classes after work (both abs-focused, which I didn’t realize until halfway through!).
I went at my own pace, and while I’m a little sore today, I’m feeling strong. Yes, I can still sit down on the toilet without agony! 😂
Grateful for Healing 🙏
Here’s the most exciting part:
The tumors and lymph nodes have shrunken significantly. I’d estimate at least 40% or more.
Back in April, I had a golf ball-sized lump sticking out of my chest. Today, you can’t even tell it was ever there.
Hallelujah.
A Message of Hope
To anyone on a healing journey:
- Take it one day at a time.
- Celebrate the small victories.
- And don’t forget to love yourself through every step of the process.
I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made, and I’m even more excited about what’s ahead.
