#nope
Just kidding
Scroll for my real breakfast and let me tell you why…
I’ve learned recently:
You hear “it’s in the Bible” growing up but I never paid much attention until a few years ago. Isaiah 66-17 “- Who eat swine’s flesh, detestable things and mice,
Will come to an end altogether,” declares the Lord.
So no pork.
SHOUTOUT to the BRO IN LOVE @ericdean86 for the beautiful, thoughtful spread btw!
He also cooked turkey bacon- nope- processed and cooked on aluminum- nope- pan in the oven.
Paperplates- nope- lots of toxic chemicals and bad for the environment.
Cinnamon rolls- nope- sugar/carbs but most importantly glyphosate
Eggs-nope not organic cage free and I’m allergic- they cause a spot on my chest to breakout and I’m so sad about it (for years now) bc eggs- especially boiled eggs are my absolute favorite thing to eat! They’re so nutritious and efficient and guess what- they are actually really healthy for you unlike everything else here🤦♀️
Cooked in a ceramic skillet.
So instead, I had (not pictured) warm water, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach- which really seems to be helping with my visceral and tummy fat!
Yogurt to mix the dog dewormer in. I’ve found this to be my favorite so far but I really need to track down some ultra pasteurized while milk to make my own.
Continuing to eat Keto as much as possible. Moving in someway: walking, yoga, group fitness classes, massage (hydro and direct contact) and sauna- something of this variation, daily.
PET scan showed a spot on my liver and one in my abdomen. Liver MRI says liver is fine. Pelvic ultrasound showed infection in left fallopian tube area- see a pelvic oncologist Monday- not sure why it has to be an oncologist but I’m going to see what they have to say.
Everyone is lovingly in a concerned tizzy. Wanting to know what my next steps are and why I haven’t started chemo?
1. Because I believe there are more natural ways to heal cancer that are healthy for your body.
2. I wanted to wait and see what the results of the PET scan where before beginning any invasive treatment.
Turns out, following my intuition has again served me well!
Tell me why?
