You’ll be begging me to save your life in three months…
I’m the worst at documenting things… tonight’s meal: #proteinandnutrients You have to begin to look at food as fuel rather than enjoyment…
It’s been 20 days since I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. It’s been a whirlwind of appointments and information and advice and recommendations. Everyone has been so kind and thoughtful and sweet. My sister has been amazing, making sure I come home to a nutritious meal after work each evening. My brother is helping me meal prep for lunch during the day and has purchased countless things from veggies for juicing, vitamin infusions, water filters, seeds for sprouting sprouts and so much more. Here’s a list of what I implemented on the 18th:
Organic:
Toothpaste
Deodorant
Soap
No lotion
Wooden utensils
Ceramic Skillet
Ceramic Plates
Cbd cream
RSO
Castro oil wraps
Cold showers
No sugar
No carbs
Gym
Red light therapy
Hydro massage
Minerals
Plexus Rest 3 day cleanse
Plexus slim
Plexus probio5
Plexus whey protein
Plexus Ease
Last night was the first night I haven’t felt like I was running fever and today I attempted a high intensity legs and glutes work out- at my own pace- at the gym and it was actually a lot of fun!
The most difficult part of this process has been dealing with the people who think the worst and have the most negative things to say.
The second most difficult for me as always is staying true to my heart and following my intuition and standing my ground on what I want regardless of the influences.
I’m trying everything I can to starve the cancer.
Im planning to do a 21 day water, minerals, vitamins fast beginning May 10. I plan to work the first week and take the last two weeks off from work and move in with my brother so they can help monitor my health, keep me hydrated, and pumped full of good vibes.
Im more healthy, fit, happy, than most. I haven’t wore metal or nail polish in years. I drink more than my body weight in water and nothing else most days. I don’t eat substitutes full of soy. I don’t eat a lot of dairy. I eat mostly vegetarian, limit sweets, am fairly active- more than most- and I still have aggressive breast cancer.
It’s so surreal.
